A website is not finished with the launch. With a one-time payment, you only buy the current state, which means the technology quickly becomes outdated and new costs arise for every minor change or repair. A monthly model instead offers you planning security, as all ongoing costs such as hosting, SSL certificates, and software licenses are already covered. In addition, I ensure permanent security and functionality through regular updates and backups. As a freelancer, I am your direct point of contact and implement adjustments quickly. You therefore not only pay for the mere creation of the website but for smooth continuous operation and my ongoing technical support.
Yes, completely. You own the code and the domain. If you no longer wish to work together after the contract period expires, the entire project will be handed over to you.
The Premium package includes a Headless CMS, with which you can easily change texts and images or add content. In the Business package, I can change texts and images upon request. In the Starter package, this is possible to a somewhat lesser extent. Please note that fundamental structural changes, i.e., new sections or a different layout, after initial acceptance (i.e., you are satisfied and the website goes live for the first time) are only possible for an additional charge.
